Manage and grow strategic customer relationships for Bluewater's battery recycling and reuse division. Own full sales cycle: prospecting, pricing, negotiation, contract execution, and project handoff. Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Legal, and Accounting; maintain CRM records and present equipment opportunities to customers.

Lead and scale the Renewable Site Solutions Division through revenue growth, supplier relationships, and team development in a dynamic environment.

Support day-to-day operations including vendor and customer onboarding, AP/AR coordination, contract and NDA workflows, recordkeeping, travel and event logistics, SOP maintenance, and cross-functional process improvements to enable scalable operations.

Support sales and operations by identifying direct replacements and engineered substitutes for renewable energy equipment. Maintain equipment database and documentation, validate specifications, coordinate with OEMs and suppliers, create compatibility matrices, support complex repowering projects, and train internal teams. Monitor market trends and provide technical input for proposals and sourcing decisions.

Support daily operations across onboarding, AP/AR, contract and NDA workflows, records management, travel and event logistics, and cross-functional process improvements. Maintain SOPs, documentation, and coordinate with sales, accounting, logistics, and external partners to enable accurate, timely operational execution.

The Business Development Associate will identify new business opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, cultivate customer relationships, and drive the entire sales cycle from outreach to closing.
