The Business Development Associate will drive growth by prospecting, qualifying leads, maintaining a CRM pipeline, and managing customer relationships within the Battery Recovery Division.

Support day-to-day operations including vendor and customer onboarding, AP/AR coordination, contract and NDA workflows, recordkeeping, travel and event logistics, SOP maintenance, and cross-functional process improvements to enable scalable operations.

Lead and scale the Renewable Site Solutions Division through revenue growth, supplier relationships, and team development in a dynamic environment.
