Partners with technical, legal, product, and member-facing teams, manages budgets and vendors, advises senior leadership, and supports a global organization with up to 10% travel.

Leads and develops the Cloud Operations team while defining its strategy, roadmap, standards, budgets, and operational processes. Oversees Azure cloud architecture, security, resiliency, disaster recovery, networking, systems administration, and DevOps practices. Drives Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, expands GitHub usage, partners with software engineering on deployments, manages technology projects, and ensures reliable day-to-day cloud and IT operations.

Supports global Bluetooth SIG members through onboarding, renewals, account updates, support resolution, and policy guidance. Maintains membership processes and documentation, handles tiered support requests, creates management reports, analyzes member feedback using AI-assisted tools, and recommends service improvements. Collaborates on cross-functional projects and regional campaigns while providing professional, detail-oriented member service. The role requires customer support, CRM, reporting, Excel, AI-tool proficiency, and up to 10% domestic or international travel.

Edits, standardizes, and releases Bluetooth specifications, test documentation, and related technical content. Collaborates with subject-matter experts, working groups, internal teams, and global member organizations to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality. Supports content planning, scheduling, information architecture, drafting guidelines, consensus building, and process improvements. The role also contributes to content strategy, complex documentation projects, candidate interviews, and responsible AI adoption.
