The Country Manager, Japan will lead Bluetooth SIG's operations in Japan, developing strategies, managing relationships, and acting as spokesperson for Bluetooth technologies. Responsibilities include market strategy execution, stakeholder engagement, and overseeing promotional activities to enhance Bluetooth's presence.

Lead test strategy and automation for Azure-based, distributed and microservices applications. Design and maintain test frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD, execute functional and performance tests, manage test environments and data, triage defects, mentor junior testers, and champion quality within a DevOps culture.

Provide first-tier member support and manage compliance program activities including market surveillance, audits, corrective actions, and removal of violating products. Generate reports and metrics, maintain issue-tracking and escalation processes, and collaborate with Member Relations to drive resolution. Use CRM and Excel to support workflows and analysis.
