Leads the in-house legal function for a renewable energy company, managing complex M&A, project finance, tax equity, corporate finance, PPAs, offtake agreements, joint ventures, and regulatory matters. Advises executives on regulatory strategy, negotiates high-value transactions, mentors legal staff, develops legal processes and templates, and manages outside counsel relationships and budgets.

Own the treasury function for a renewable energy platform, including cash and liquidity management, debt administration, covenant and lender reporting, banking relationships, financing transactions, insurance and surety programs, treasury controls, and risk reporting. The role partners closely with the CFO and cross-functional teams while building scalable treasury processes across corporate and project entities.
