Build technical citation infrastructure (llms.txt, robots.txt, Schema.org), manage Wikidata/Wikipedia and YouTube transcript indexing, run LLM citation tracking, brief and oversee specialist contractors, and grow a lean discoverability team to execute a 30-day roadmap and long-term domain migration.

Build and maintain product analytics dashboards, validate and QA event tracking, translate event data into analytics-ready datasets, run funnels/cohorts/retention analyses, support A/B testing, and surface actionable product insights to Product, Growth, and Data stakeholders.

Operate as the in-field operational lead for concierge in-home and on-site clinical visits across Los Angeles: transport, set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot diagnostic equipment; build and manage schedules; track inventory, samples, and chain-of-custody; coordinate logistics and communications between members and clinicians; anticipate clinician and member needs to ensure flawless visit execution.

Shape and own the founder's brand voice across social platforms, especially X. Translate dense clinical and scientific material into accurate, accessible, high-engagement short-form copy, repurpose content across channels, and collaborate with leadership and short-form teams to maintain a steady content flow.

Lead development and execution of a short-form social strategy for Kate, building formats, cadence, and growth. Create operational workflows, direct creators and editors, hire and grow the content team, own performance via analytics, and partner on creative direction to translate complex women's health science into accessible, social-first storytelling.
