The role requires knowledge of telecommunications products, strong communication and presentation skills, independent judgment, organization, reliable transportation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, ICOMS, and Salesforce.

Provides customer support for sales, billing, service issues, orders, upgrades, and installation scheduling. Researches and resolves issues using computer systems, escalates priority concerns, documents customer interactions, coordinates with internal departments, handles payments, and delivers digital support through social media and online platforms. The role serves in-person, virtual, and internal customers in a telecommunications and fiber internet environment.
