Manage a portfolio of installed business customers, retaining and expanding accounts through relationship management, renewals, upgrades, presentations, and customer lifecycle support. The role cultivates decision-maker relationships, negotiates contracts, maintains sales funnel information, educates customers on products, and provides connectivity solution support. Success requires sales experience, strong communication, organization, independent judgment, Salesforce and ICOMS proficiency, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license.

Designs and governs secure, scalable, highly available cloud architectures across public and hybrid environments. Establishes cloud networking, security, observability, infrastructure automation, disaster recovery, and business continuity standards. Partners with Engineering, Security, Compliance, and business teams on cloud-native designs, migrations, incident response, and root-cause remediation. Evaluates cloud technologies, maintains architecture documentation, guides implementation, and mentors engineers while ensuring infrastructure aligns with business and regulatory requirements.
