Supports the full employee lifecycle across APAC, including onboarding, offboarding, recruitment coordination, performance reviews, employee queries, payroll coordination, HR reporting, engagement initiatives, and policy updates. The role ensures compliance with local labor laws, maintains HRIS data, partners with global HR teams, and supports a positive employee experience across distributed teams.

Identify and research target accounts, conduct outbound and inbound prospecting, qualify leads using BANT, book discovery calls and demos, and create sales pipeline for Account Executives. Maintain CRM records, collaborate with Sales and Marketing, meet prospecting KPIs, and develop knowledge of BlueMatrix products and financial-services workflows.

Build and maintain client-facing software within a monolith and microservices architecture. Responsibilities include scaling systems, meeting regional regulatory requirements, launching validated features, developing high-performance REST APIs, tuning database queries, supporting automated testing and continuous releases, participating in on-call support, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating directly with clients when needed.
