Own Blueland’s enterprise systems, NetSuite roadmap, business process improvements, implementations, integrations, IT operations, vendor relationships, access management, and employee technology support. This hands-on leadership role partners with Finance, Operations, Data & Analytics, and external providers to establish scalable systems governance, improve automation and data quality, manage projects, and build the company’s technology foundation.

Supports two Co-Founders through calendar management, meeting logistics, travel coordination, expense reporting, and confidential administrative assistance. Oversees office organization, supplies, vendors, building communications, maintenance, deliveries, onboarding preparation, and employee office needs. Uses technology, AI, and automation to improve workflows while ensuring office operations align with the company's sustainability standards.

Lead Blueland’s retail sales strategy and execution across grocery, e-commerce, specialty, and discount channels. Own customer P&Ls, annual business plans, forecasting collaboration, shopper marketing, trade, retailer relationships, broker performance, and innovation presentations. Partner cross-functionally to achieve revenue and profitability goals, build data-backed selling stories, and expand sustainable products across retail accounts. Travel is required 1–2 times per month.
