Teams at Blueland

The Formulation Scientist will lead product formulation processes for Blueland, focusing on household cleaning and personal care categories, ensuring quality, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness while collaborating with various teams.

Serve as the bridge between Formulation and contract manufacturers to scale powder and liquid products. Optimize formulas for manufacturability, evaluate excipients and processing aids, translate requirements into manufacturing guidance, troubleshoot scale-up and production issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve process and formula-related challenges.
