The role operates across JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and partner systems in routine, contingency, and crisis-response environments.

Produces intelligence reports and RFI responses using DIA standards; conducts quality control and supports exploitation tradecraft training. Researches Space and Counterspace threats through all-source analysis, applies technical phenomenology, analyzes RF spectrum impacts during processing, exploitation, and dissemination operations, and uses MASINT to characterize targets. Collaborates with IC and DoD partners, independently resolves complex analytic problems, and guides methodologies for critical PED missions.

Conduct all-source, multi-INT analysis of foreign military capabilities, leadership, force disposition, regional security developments, and emerging threats. Produce intelligence assessments, briefings, and reports for operational planning, strategic assessments, crisis response, and senior Department of Defense customers. Support JIPOE and I&W activities, maintain intelligence databases, and coordinate with Combatant Commands, Intelligence Community partners, and allies.

Conduct strategic HUMINT targeting and all-source intelligence analysis supporting INSCOM and U.S. Army missions. Develop targeting strategies, collection recommendations, intelligence assessments, reports, briefings, and executive-level products. Analyze intelligence gaps, operational requirements, and collection priorities; integrate reporting to identify trends and vulnerabilities; and coordinate with analysts, operators, collection managers, and senior stakeholders across the Army, DoD, and Intelligence Community.

Designs, develops, tests, and sustains secure software, analytical applications, data pipelines, visualization tools, and automated workflows supporting intelligence operations. Integrates cloud-native, distributed, and microservices technologies; evaluates system performance, scalability, security, and interoperability; and supports modernization and DevSecOps initiatives. Collaborates with military, government, contractor, and interagency stakeholders, translates intelligence requirements into technical capabilities, provides technical direction, documents solutions, and mentors junior developers.

Conduct advanced IMINT and GEOINT analysis supporting DoD and Intelligence Community missions. Analyze imagery and geospatial data, integrate multi-source intelligence, produce assessments and executive briefings, coordinate intelligence requirements, and support enterprise data integration and governance. Lead complex analytical efforts, mentor junior analysts, and ensure products comply with Army, DoD, NSG, and Intelligence Community standards.

Manage intelligence knowledge and content across classified and unclassified environments. Maintain repositories, databases, metadata, taxonomies, workflows, dashboards, and information-sharing processes. Support analysts and mission partners with search, discovery, dissemination, information governance, and cross-domain collaboration. Analyze system usage metrics, prepare reports, improve enterprise knowledge-management capabilities, and provide mission support during exercises, operations, and planning.

Conduct strategic all-source and counterintelligence analysis by integrating HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, GEOINT, and other intelligence reporting. Identify threats, trends, intelligence gaps, and mission implications; produce assessments, briefings, threat products, and executive summaries for senior government and defense stakeholders. Apply Intelligence Community analytic standards, evaluate source reliability, support peer review, and collaborate with analysts, collectors, and interagency partners.

Supports USINDOPACOM offensive counterintelligence operations by coordinating and deconflicting activities across military services, agencies, government partners, and foreign partners. Reviews operational proposals, assesses risk versus gain, identifies opportunities, prepares senior-level briefings, coordinates reporting, and supports operational requirements. The role requires certified CI expertise, foreign intelligence threat assessment, operational planning, interagency coordination, and eligibility for Special Access Program access.

Develops and sustains secure, scalable software, data pipelines, visualization tools, and analytical applications supporting intelligence operations. Designs, tests, integrates, and assesses enterprise technologies while applying software engineering, cloud, DevSecOps, database, and cybersecurity practices. Collaborates with military, government, contractor, and interagency stakeholders to address technical requirements, modernize capabilities, document solutions, and improve mission effectiveness.

Leads advanced analytics for a Joint Intelligence Operations Center by analyzing large multi-source intelligence datasets, developing AI/ML and predictive models, automating data workflows, and creating visualizations that support operational planning and warfighting functions. Collaborates with intelligence analysts, engineers, and mission partners; improves data architecture, quality, metadata, and integration; and translates analytical findings into operational recommendations.

Sources qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and internet recruitment tools; contacts applicants about opportunities; maintains collaborative relationships; and supports administrative or training tasks as needed. This part-time entry-level role requires basic Microsoft Office proficiency, internet search skills, written communication, flexibility, and the ability to work independently and on a team. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, pass background and drug screenings, and reside in a HUBZone.
