Support receiving, inventory accuracy, and customer operations by maintaining data in inventory systems, processing shipping/receiving documentation, reporting defects, following safety and LEAN/5S procedures, training team members, and contributing to process improvements.

Lead multi-state 3PL warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and value-added operations with full P&L accountability. Drive inventory accuracy, reduce service failures, improve safety and labor productivity, open new facilities/accounts, and develop site leadership while managing WMS, labor management, KPI scorecards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead company-wide learning and development across multi-site operations: design onboarding, technical, safety, leadership, and compliance training; manage LMS and training records; establish Train-the-Trainer; measure program effectiveness; partner with leaders and travel to sites to deliver and assess training.

Lead and develop production/warehouse teams on first shift, ensure safety, quality and delivery targets, perform forklift observations, manage attendance and discipline, track corrective actions with HR, produce shift reports, communicate material needs, and train new team members.
