The role works directly with frontline employees and site leaders, manages competing priorities across multiple states, and requires up to 40% travel with overnight stays.

Provides strategic and operational leadership across multiple facilities or business units within a 3PL organization. Oversees operational performance, process optimization, quality, safety, customer service, labor planning, resource allocation, budgeting, technology adoption, and continuous improvement. Develops operational leaders, supports succession planning, communicates performance to senior leadership, and drives scalable, efficient warehouse operations aligned with company growth objectives.
