Leads operational performance, growth, and P&L accountability across a six-state 3PL network covering warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and value-added services. The role drives inventory accuracy, service reliability, safety, labor productivity, cost-to-serve, retention, and leadership development. Responsibilities include managing multi-site operations, launching facilities and customer accounts, improving processes through WMS and KPI systems, and partnering with the CEO on company strategy. Regular travel across Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio, Indiana, Alabama, and Georgia is required.
