Supports warehouse receiving, inventory accuracy, shipment documentation, customer operations, and data reporting. Maintains records in WMS and office software, identifies defective materials and safety concerns, follows Lean/5S procedures, participates in operational meetings, trains team members, and provides process improvement feedback. The role requires warehouse work, extended standing or sitting, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and frequent bending, reaching, crouching, and kneeling.

Leads daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipment coordination. Recruits, trains, coaches, and supervises warehouse personnel while driving safety, productivity, quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Maintains inventory records, uses WMS platforms, optimizes warehouse space, ensures equipment maintenance, and oversees compliance with workplace safety and regulatory requirements.
