Lead and develop production/warehouse teams on first shift, ensure safety, quality and delivery targets, perform forklift observations, manage attendance and discipline, track corrective actions with HR, produce shift reports, communicate material needs, and train new team members.

Lead and supervise 2nd-shift warehouse operations, including forklift operation, inventory control, shipping/receiving, team coaching, safety enforcement, equipment inspections, and accurate documentation to meet productivity and customer service goals.
