Technical Services Technologist responsible for designing, commissioning, optimizing, and troubleshooting food manufacturing processes, equipment, production lines, and systems. Ensures food safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency while supporting product commercialization and continuous improvement. Collaborates with engineering, maintenance, quality, production, R&D, suppliers, and customers; leads technical projects, investigates root causes, supports preventive maintenance, and provides on-call plant assistance.

Analyze and improve enterprise business processes and systems by mapping workflows, gathering requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications, and supporting system enhancements. Collaborate with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles, troubleshoot system issues, develop documentation and training, and promote continuous improvement across ERP, HCM, sales, CMMS, reporting, and business intelligence environments. The role is onsite and requires travel to company locations up to 30% of the time.
