Lead and manage the Global Advisory IDIQ contract: ensure DoS compliance, oversee budgets and personnel, liaise with stakeholders, conduct program assessments and M&E, track program data, and travel internationally to monitor task orders and report performance.

Design, build, test, deploy, and support software for USAF wargaming; develop UI/UX (including map interfaces), integrate M&S and databases, support systems engineering, and employ multi-agent/LLM-based tools like MAGE during planning and execution phases.
