The role requires extensive national-level cyber governance experience, international training in low-resource environments, senior leadership communication, and occasional travel to The Bahamas.

Provides mid-level defensive cyber operations expertise through cybersecurity curriculum development, hands-on laboratory and range creation, technical instruction, demonstrations, and student assessment. Supports training in network defense, SIEM, threat hunting, incident response, endpoint security, vulnerability management, threat intelligence, and cyber automation. Collaborates with cyber governance, forensics, and defense SMEs to tailor training for government and law-enforcement audiences. Requires international engagement experience and occasional travel to The Bahamas.

Develops and manages cybersecurity curricula, instructional materials, learning pathways, and assessments for the Royal Bahamas Defense Force. Converts SME content into accessible training for technical and non-technical audiences, including law enforcement and government stakeholders. Applies instructional design and adult-learning methodologies, evaluates training effectiveness, maintains curriculum quality and traceability, briefs leadership, and supports international training engagements in low-resource environments. Short-duration OCONUS travel to the Bahamas is required.

Manages cybersecurity training and partner-nation capability-development programs supporting the Royal Bahamas Defense Force. Responsibilities include integrated planning, scheduling, stakeholder and interagency coordination, performance monitoring, risk mitigation, training oversight, deliverable development, and team integration. Requires five or more years managing technical or international training programs, U.S. citizenship, international engagement experience, strong reporting and briefing skills, and short-duration OCONUS travel to the Bahamas. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.

Lead and oversee safe execution of global aircraft movement and air refueling missions, manage mission coordination and scheduling, complete Go/No Go and AOS closing checklists, maintain records, and develop and deliver comprehensive training for government-provided objectives.

Plan, execute, manage, and analyze HQ USAF wargames across all phases: concept development, design, event planning/execution, data collection, post-game analysis, and reporting to senior leaders and stakeholders.

Lead Blue Facilitator/Data Analyst plans, executes, and analyzes HQ USAF wargames. Responsibilities include leading Blue/Green facilitation teams, managing orders of battle and game data, conducting open-source and classified research, contributing to game design and post-game analysis, drafting wargame products, and supporting senior leaders with outcomes and reports. Serves as capability lead for Mobility Air Forces and assists with modeling and simulation database administration and campaign modeling support.

Serve as a 4th/5th generation fighter subject-matter expert supporting HQ USAF wargaming: plan, design, execute, adjudicate, collect data, research (open-source/classified), draft postgame analysis, support ATO/ITO development, recruit and facilitate participants, and produce reports for senior leaders.

Provide IT support for HQ USAF wargames including planning, executing, and analyzing events; deploy and manage LAN server suites; inventory, distribute, and recover wargame hardware; operate VTC and conference audiovisual systems. Requires DoD IA certification, Air Force system administration knowledge, and security clearance.

Advise a Balkan host nation on cybersecurity governance, policy, and institutional capacity building. Assess regulations and operations, recommend reforms, develop and manage a Performance Monitoring Framework, collect and report M&E data, coordinate with U.S. Embassy and interagency partners, mentor stakeholders, and support national-level cyber strategy and defense processes.

Design, build, test, and deploy wargame-specific software and integrated GIS-based common operating picture tools. Create multi-user front-end interfaces, integrate and dynamically update databases, and support planning, execution, and post-game analysis for HQ USAF wargames.

Manage Envoy and Hero recruiting programs for the 89th Airlift Wing: oversee selection, training, program execution, marketing/outreach, inventory and logistics, stakeholder coordination, content creation, and follow-up for complex cases. Lead event and promotional activities and ensure compliance with approval processes.

Oversee contractor performance and daily operations for Air Advisor education and training at JB McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. Ensure instructor qualification, training delivery, feedback use, coordinate with Flight Commander/Course Director/COR, develop briefings, documentation, and reports, and designate alternates when absent.

Support HQ USAF wargames by planning, executing, managing, and analyzing all phases of wargames. Use modeling and simulation tools for campaign modeling, event planning, game design, and pre/concurrent/post-game analysis. Assist Senior Data Analyst and deliver written and briefing products.

Lead and manage the DoD English Language Training program in Saudi Arabia as the contractor's primary contact. Supervise instructors and staff, ensure SOPs and DLIELC standards, submit Programs of Instruction for review, perform biannual instructor evaluations using the DLIELC IPER rubric, report program performance, and maintain an alternate Program Manager.
