Lead accounting operations and compliance for a government contractor: manage payroll, GL, AR/AP, month/quarter/year-end close, indirect rates, incurred cost submissions, DCAA/DCMA audit support, Deltek Costpoint administration, budgeting/forecasting, internal controls, and staff supervision to provide financial insights and ensure regulatory compliance.

Lead and manage the Global Advisory IDIQ contract: ensure DoS compliance, oversee budgets and personnel, liaise with stakeholders, conduct program assessments and M&E, track program data, and travel internationally to monitor task orders and report performance.

Serve as the primary facilitator and SME for GIISR, sensing, and JADC2 in HQ USAF wargames. Plan, design, execute, and analyze wargame events; recruit and organize participants; conduct classified and open-source research; lead adjudication, data collection, post-game analysis, and reporting for senior leaders.
