Leads the design, development, and production deployment of AI solutions for healthcare payer applications. Responsibilities include architecting AI models and integrations, developing scalable production systems, evaluating model accuracy and fairness, translating business workflows into AI-enabled automation, researching emerging techniques, advising stakeholders, and mentoring junior engineers.

Performs functional, automated, API, database, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for provider portal and eligibility applications. Provides technical leadership through architecture and code reviews, requirements gathering, estimation, mentoring, standards development, and collaboration across Agile/Scrum teams. Supports deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production, including periodic on-call support.

Designs, develops, integrates, tests, documents, and supports enterprise workflow applications using IBM BAW/BPM. Responsibilities include workflow solution design, REST and SOAP integrations, messaging and database connectivity, production troubleshooting, root cause analysis, code reviews, and full SDLC participation. The role collaborates with business and technology teams in Agile environments, supports workflow modernization, provides technical guidance, and participates in on-call production support.

Lead cloud migration, AI platform adoption, and operational optimization. Design and automate cloud infrastructure (IaC, CI/CD), monitor and troubleshoot systems, guide security and architecture decisions, and document/educate teams to ensure scalable, redundant cloud/AI deployments.

Designs and implements AI-enabled workflows for Treasury and Internal Audit teams. Partners with business, security, compliance, and legal stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, integrate AI components with APIs and internal systems, and support testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, training, governance, and adoption. The role requires Python, cloud platform familiarity, orchestration and integration knowledge, and exposure to generative AI or LLM frameworks.

Designs, develops, tests, debugs, documents, and supports customer-facing React Native applications for iOS and Android. Responsibilities include building reusable components, integrating APIs and third-party services, optimizing performance, troubleshooting distributed systems, responding to failures, creating test plans, and contributing technical leadership through code reviews and engineering best practices.
