Develop, enhance, test, debug, document, and support billing applications for premium billing, payments, claims recovery, COBRA, and delinquency management. The role includes production support, lifecycle upgrades, modernization, performance troubleshooting, systems integration, and participation in project leadership. Candidates collaborate with technical and business teams, provide guidance to junior staff, and participate in an on-call rotation.

Lead enterprise architecture and technical product ownership for Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Power Platform, Azure, Foundry). Define platforms, guardrails, and roadmaps to operationalize GenAI and LLM solutions, collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders, and ensure scalable, secure, production-ready AI capabilities aligned to enterprise strategy.

Design, develop, and support ServiceNow integrations and automations to replace legacy workflows. Build custom workflows with Flow Designer, develop and maintain web services/APIs and scripts, and ensure platform stability. Collaborate with stakeholders to scope solutions, provide senior application support and troubleshooting, participate in on-call rotation, and perform maintenance outside business hours.

Support members with intellectual and developmental disabilities by assessing physical, behavioral, functional, social, financial, employment, and independent-living needs. Conduct home visits, complete intake and assessments, develop person-centered plans, coordinate and authorize home and community-based services, monitor service delivery, and collaborate with members, families, and clinical teams. The role requires local travel throughout Rutherford County, strong communication and organization, independent work, and a valid driver’s license.

Serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for membership extracts, billing, and member ID card applications. Leads requirements elicitation, refinement, documentation, and verification; translates needs into user stories and acceptance criteria; facilitates Agile ceremonies and backlog prioritization; validates solutions before release; assesses system impacts and constraints; supports process improvement; and may lead projects or project phases across functional teams.

Design, build, and support enterprise APIs and integration solutions across the full lifecycle. Provide production support, incident response, deployments, release management, documentation, and mentor junior engineers. Participate in on-call rotation and collaborate with application teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of integration platforms.

Embed with finance teams to architect and deploy AI-enabled workflows (LLM agents, retrieval pipelines) integrating APIs and internal systems; ensure HIPAA-compliant designs, lead adoption/training, establish telemetry, and troubleshoot and optimize workflow performance.

Design and guide enterprise cloud and AI infrastructure strategy, lead large-scale cloud migrations, define architectures and CI/CD pipelines, implement monitoring and security, produce design documentation, support L3 troubleshooting, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to operationalize DevOps processes.

Lead cloud migration, AI platform adoption, and operational optimization. Design and automate cloud infrastructure (IaC, CI/CD), monitor and troubleshoot systems, guide security and architecture decisions, and document/educate teams to ensure scalable, redundant cloud/AI deployments.

Design, build, and support enterprise APIs and integrations across the organization. Own full API lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployments, incident response, release management, and platform reliability improvements.
