Lead operational ownership for AI-enabled member service virtual assistants: triage escalations, run root-cause analysis, define validation and quality standards, lead release readiness and UAT, define KPIs, convert insights into prioritized corrective actions, and coordinate across Operations, Quality, IT, Analytics, and vendors to improve reliability, compliance, and member experience.

Lead enterprise architecture and technical product ownership for Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Power Platform, Azure, Foundry). Define platforms, guardrails, and roadmaps to operationalize GenAI and LLM solutions, collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders, and ensure scalable, secure, production-ready AI capabilities aligned to enterprise strategy.

Maintain and modernize enterprise applications for ID card processing and vendor data exchanges. Design, code, test, debug, and document software across batch, web/UI, and data services. Respond to system failures, optimize performance, mentor junior programmers, and support small-to-medium project roles including technical lead or business systems analyst.
