Develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications using Java and SQL. Design, code, test, debug, document systems, respond to failures, maintain technical skills, and provide end-user support. Participate in occasional on-call rotation and final on-site interviews.

The Behavioral Health Case Manager will support members with IDD, coordinating care, managing complex cases, and collaborating with providers. A strong focus on member advocacy and organizational skills is essential.

Partner with contracted providers to resolve data issues, educate on clinical quality programs (HEDIS/Medicare/CMS Stars), update policies, analyze trends, and drive quality improvement. The role requires frequent provider-facing travel, presentations, and use of Excel and analytics to improve provider performance and patient outcomes.
