Supports new pediatric practice launches and ongoing facilities management across multiple sites. Coordinates construction, real estate, repairs, maintenance, vendors, landlords, site walkthroughs, punch lists, installations, and readiness activities. Maintains project plans, timelines, trackers, risks, documentation, and follow-ups. Collaborates with Operations, Clinical, IT, Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources teams while improving launch and facilities playbooks, templates, and processes.

The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive medical care for pediatric patients, diagnosing and treating various conditions, promoting preventative health, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Lead end-to-end social media and video strategy to drive patient acquisition. Coach providers on-camera, create and edit short-form video, manage influencer partnerships, track performance, maintain footage library, handle community and review management, and keep content on-trend in a fast-growing startup environment.

Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary and urgent pediatric care to infants through young adults. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, perform well-child exams and immunizations, order and interpret diagnostics, prescribe treatments, coordinate with specialists, document care in EMR, educate families on prevention and chronic disease management, participate in quality improvement and professional development.

Lead and scale Bluebird Kids Health's events channel to drive new patient acquisition. Build, test, and optimize owned and community events; develop playbooks, training, and KPIs; manage and coach Community Outreach Coordinators; spend significant time in the field engaging families and partners; analyze performance and iterate for growth.

Review and resolve patient insurance eligibility and coverage issues before visits, communicate with payers and families, document insurance details in the EHR, escalate scheduling issues, follow up on PCP and COB discrepancies, collect appropriate payments, and support practice teams and billing with insurance-related inquiries.

Drive new patient acquisition through community partnerships, events, and outreach. Build relationships with OBGYNs, schools, and community groups, own Expecting Parent Meet & Greets, qualify and manage community-generated leads in the CRM, and execute follow-up to convert families into patients.
