Supports financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, financial modeling, KPI reporting, executive reporting, and strategic decision support. Supports revenue operations, order management, reporting, reconciliations, month-end accounting, and system administration. Maintains accurate revenue data across NetSuite, HubSpot, CRM, ERP, and reporting platforms; prepares analyses and performance reports; assists with automation and process improvements; and collaborates with Finance, Sales, Operations, FP&A, and Accounts Receivable teams.

Leads revenue and accounts receivable operations, including billing, collections, cash application, reporting, controls, audits, and revenue recognition. Manages AR specialists, improves scalable processes, supports NetSuite enhancements and automation, develops financial dashboards, analyzes performance metrics, and partners cross-functionally with accounting, sales, operations, and clients. Ensures compliance with accounting standards, strengthens internal controls, and provides leadership with actionable revenue and collections insights.

Lead a portfolio of Costco Non‑Foods supplier accounts to drive sales growth, build retailer and client relationships, develop and execute Costco-specific business and promotional plans, identify distribution and merchandising opportunities, oversee forecasting and P&L analysis, collaborate cross-functionally to launch products and resolve execution issues, and pursue new business opportunities and category insights to expand Bluebird’s presence within Costco.

Develop data-informed creative strategies for Amazon, Walmart, Target and other digital shelves by researching shoppers, competitors, and product benefits; create actionable creative briefs, messaging hierarchies, and visual recommendations; collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account teams; measure and optimize creative performance to drive conversion and brand growth.
