Coordinate technical initiatives across Product, Engineering, and Reporting teams. Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, blockers, intake workflows, meetings, documentation, onboarding, and stakeholder communication. Support prioritization, operational readiness, process improvement, and adoption of tools and best practices. The role improves visibility, accountability, consistency, and predictability across the Tech organization.

Analyze consumer, shopper, market, category, pricing, and performance data to identify retail growth opportunities. Translate complex findings into clear reports, visualizations, presentations, and business recommendations for assortment, promotions, go-to-market, and category decisions. Collaborate with sales, search, insights, and client teams, track shared KPIs, and improve processes for collecting and communicating insights.

Supports the VP of Sales with client meeting preparation, prospect and market research, lead tracking, business development materials, pipeline reporting, and cross-functional coordination. The role maintains sales documentation, organizes insights, monitors Target and retail trends, tracks action items, and assists with reporting and special projects while developing foundational sales and commercial strategy experience.

Leads revenue accounting and accounts receivable operations, including billing, collections, cash application, revenue recognition, reporting, and audit support. Manages AR specialists, strengthens internal controls, improves workflows, and supports NetSuite enhancements and automation. Develops KPIs and dashboards, analyzes revenue and collections performance, partners cross-functionally to resolve account issues, and drives scalable process improvements across the revenue cycle.

Supports financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, financial modeling, KPI reporting, executive reporting, and strategic decision support. Partners with business leaders to analyze performance, identify risks and opportunities, improve forecasting accuracy, and develop actionable recommendations. The role also contributes to automation, reporting process improvements, financial due diligence, scenario planning, and board presentations.

Supports revenue operations, order management, reporting, reconciliations, month-end accounting, and system administration. Maintains accurate revenue data across NetSuite, HubSpot, CRM, ERP, and reporting platforms; prepares analyses and performance reports; assists with automation and process improvements; and collaborates with Finance, Sales, Operations, FP&A, and Accounts Receivable teams.
