Supports revenue operations, order management, reporting, reconciliations, month-end accounting, and system administration. Oversee day-to-day revenue operations, optimize workflows and NetSuite/ERP integrations, ensure ASC 606 compliance, drive automation and process improvements, support month-end close and external audits, and provide KPIs and actionable insights to leadership while partnering with sales, operations, and finance.

Lead a portfolio of Costco Non‑Foods supplier accounts to drive sales growth, build retailer and client relationships, develop and execute Costco-specific business and promotional plans, identify distribution and merchandising opportunities, oversee forecasting and P&L analysis, collaborate cross-functionally to launch products and resolve execution issues, and pursue new business opportunities and category insights to expand Bluebird’s presence within Costco.

Develop data-informed creative strategies for Amazon, Walmart, Target and other digital shelves by researching shoppers, competitors, and product benefits; create actionable creative briefs, messaging hierarchies, and visual recommendations; collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account teams; measure and optimize creative performance to drive conversion and brand growth.

Lead a portfolio of 5-8 CPG clients on Kroger, drive sales growth and distribution, develop retailer-specific strategies, manage forecasts and promotions, build Kroger and client relationships, leverage syndicated data and cross-functional teams to execute omnichannel plans and report performance.
