Supports financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, financial modeling, KPI reporting, executive reporting, and strategic decision support. Partners with business leaders to analyze performance, identify risks and opportunities, improve forecasting accuracy, and develop actionable recommendations. The role also contributes to automation, reporting process improvements, financial due diligence, scenario planning, and board presentations.

Supports revenue operations, order management, reporting, reconciliations, month-end accounting, and system administration. Maintains accurate revenue data across NetSuite, HubSpot, CRM, ERP, and reporting platforms; prepares analyses and performance reports; assists with automation and process improvements; and collaborates with Finance, Sales, Operations, FP&A, and Accounts Receivable teams.

Leads revenue and accounts receivable operations, including billing, collections, cash application, reporting, controls, audits, and revenue recognition. Manages AR specialists, improves scalable processes, supports NetSuite enhancements and automation, develops financial dashboards, analyzes performance metrics, and partners cross-functionally with accounting, sales, operations, and clients. Ensures compliance with accounting standards, strengthens internal controls, and provides leadership with actionable revenue and collections insights.
