Supports day-to-day digital commerce operations for client products across major retail and eCommerce platforms. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate listings, troubleshooting retailer issues, reviewing data discrepancies, investigating chargeback opportunities, tracking project tasks, communicating updates, collaborating cross-functionally, and completing a semester-long process improvement project.

Generates new business opportunities through prospect research, personalized multichannel outreach, marketplace audits, competitive intelligence, and pitch development. The role uses commerce data, AI tools, automation, and HubSpot to identify growth opportunities for brands across Amazon, Walmart, Target, retail media, DTC, and emerging commerce channels. It also supports proposals, CRM management, pipeline reporting, and continuous improvement of business development processes.

Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines, integrate REST and GraphQL APIs, validate data quality, troubleshoot data issues, and document data models and processes. Support internal software as a backend data owner and collaborate with stakeholders on requirements. Contribute to scalable retail technology solutions, workflow automation, internal tools, and innovative software capabilities.
