Provides expert USAF operational, systems engineering, and strategic defense support to the Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition. Responsibilities include LO/CLO technology assessments, export license reviews, SAP-related support, operational analysis, and recommendations for advanced air superiority, weapons systems, and electronic warfare initiatives.

Provides operational planning, policy analysis, and strategic advice on air, space, and cyberspace power for senior Air Force, Joint Staff, and combatant command leaders. Evaluate and optimize USAF capabilities against operational challenges while ensuring planning inputs are strategically sound, logistically feasible, and resource-informed.

Provides technical subject matter expertise and systems engineering support for a DARPA-related solar propulsion and solar sail program. Evaluates performer reports, briefings, progress, and technical results; identifies issues and recommends corrective actions. Engages DoD stakeholders, prepares DARPA presentations and reports, supports program reviews, site visits, field tests, research solicitations, and source selection. Requires deep experience in space technology or engineering, strong communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a Top Secret clearance.

Provides program management and technical support for a DARPA solar-sail and cislunar-space technology program. Tracks budget, schedule, technical performance, risks, deliverables, and performer outcomes; coordinates stakeholders, reviews, site visits, field tests, and transition activities; evaluates technical reports; prepares DARPA presentations and reports; and supports research solicitations and source selection. Requires at least five years of program management experience, current TS clearance, Microsoft Office proficiency, and on-site availability.

Supports DARPA program managers by designing quantitative economic models, graph and network analysis frameworks, and scalable multi-source intelligence data pipelines. Integrates economic, financial, trade, defense industrial base, and intelligence datasets to support strategic competition and national security decisions. Serves as a technical liaison among researchers, engineers, and intelligence stakeholders; advises on program risks, scalability, transition strategy, documentation, roadmaps, and executive briefings.

Manage and support sensitive Air Force Special Programs involving defense acquisition, advanced air and space capabilities, systems integration, testing, SAP oversight, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. Provide recommendations to senior decision-makers, ensure compliance with DoD policies, manage program schedules and budgets, and mentor junior personnel. The role requires extensive DoD and SAP experience, an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, and full-time onsite work at the Pentagon.

Provide systems engineering and technical advisory support to a DARPA Program Manager: assess performer progress, review deliverables, track EVMS cost/schedule, support acquisition (BAAs/OTAs), coordinate stakeholders, perform technical risk assessments, and help transition technologies toward production and deployment.

Develop and integrate military deception plans into joint campaigns and operations supporting USNORTHCOM. Responsibilities include joint campaign planning, intelligence integration, operational design, interagency coordination, senior leader briefings, planning product development, and deception effectiveness assessments. The role requires strong knowledge of joint planning doctrine, military deception, operational design, and intelligence processes, along with the ability to address complex homeland defense challenges and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Provides senior financial management support for DoD acquisition and USSF space programs. Responsibilities include budget development, forecasting, obligation and expenditure analysis, financial data reconciliation, budget document preparation, financial reporting, and acquisition planning support. The role works with government and contractor teams, supports program control and program managers, and requires expertise in DoD funding documents, contracts, lines of account, and the PPBE process.

The Business Financial Manager will provide financial support to Program Managers, maintain program portfolios, monitor financial systems, and assist with administrative tasks within a DoD agency.
