Develop schedules, compliance matrices, storyboards, and win themes; manage multiple concurrent proposals; drive reviews, ensure solicitation compliance, track metrics and lessons learned; support bid/no-bid decisions; coordinate external writers and designers; mature proposal processes and tools to increase win rates.

Lead project management and technical risk analysis, conduct vulnerability research and reverse engineering, and provide guidance to government stakeholders. Develop and execute red teaming engagements to identify and exploit vulnerabilities in critical systems.
