Serve as an Information Operations subject-matter expert to integrate intelligence into military planning, lead information operations and campaign planning, craft strategic communications for senior leadership, and develop adaptive solutions for space operations and information warfare challenges.

Manage and support sensitive Air Force Special Programs involving defense acquisition, advanced air and space capabilities, systems integration, testing, SAP oversight, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. Provide recommendations to senior decision-makers, ensure compliance with DoD policies, manage program schedules and budgets, and mentor junior personnel. The role requires extensive DoD and SAP experience, an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, and full-time onsite work at the Pentagon.

Provide systems engineering and technical advisory support to a DARPA Program Manager: assess performer progress, review deliverables, track EVMS cost/schedule, support acquisition (BAAs/OTAs), coordinate stakeholders, perform technical risk assessments, and help transition technologies toward production and deployment.
