Provides expert USAF operational, systems engineering, and strategic defense support to the Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition. Responsibilities include LO/CLO technology assessments, export license reviews, SAP-related support, operational analysis, and recommendations for advanced air superiority, weapons systems, and electronic warfare initiatives.

Provides operational planning, policy analysis, and strategic advice on air, space, and cyberspace power for senior Air Force, Joint Staff, and combatant command leaders. Develops recommendations, validates planning inputs, assesses political-military issues, and delivers briefings and reports to General Officers and SES stakeholders. Requires extensive federal defense experience, geostrategic policy expertise, congressional testimony preparation, and TS/SCI clearance.

Manages administrative and operational security activities for SCIF and SAPF environments. Supports security reviews, inspections, accreditation, visitor processing, access databases, security files, classification reviews, training, physical and network security, documentation, and compliance with Department of War, Air Force, JAFAN, and SAP policies.
