Field sales specialist managing retail accounts across the Abingdon division. Responsible for order accuracy, deliveries, product rotation, merchandising, promotions execution, inventory control, and providing route staffing relief while maintaining customer relationships and company service standards.

Cover assigned sales routes and provide staffing relief, maintain retailer relationships, execute merchandising and promotion programs, ensure accurate orders/deliveries and inventory control, reduce out-of-stocks, update pricing and POS materials, and follow company quality and rotation standards.

Manage and grow retailer accounts in assigned market by achieving monthly sales objectives, executing merchandising and promotional programs, ensuring accurate ordering and product rotation, maintaining inventory and quality standards, and providing excellent customer service while following route and schedule requirements.

Cover assigned on-premise retail accounts and provide staffing relief across routes. Execute timely, accurate orders and deliveries, manage product rotation, merchandising, promotions, pricing, and inventory. Maintain account schedules, reduce out-of-stocks, recommend changes, uphold quality-control standards, and communicate account issues to management. Perform physical stocking and lifting as required.

Manage retail accounts in the Grundy/Vansant market to maximize sales and profitability through ordering, merchandising, promotions, cooler resets, inventory management, product rotation, and customer service while meeting monthly objectives and adhering to route schedules and company quality standards.

Support daily operations for Salem delivery, sales, and warehouse teams: collect and process customer check payments, prepare daily bank deposits, process customer and vendor orders, upload orders into the VIP sales system, verify ABC compliance for checks, close out driver routes and reconcile shortages/overages, and submit daily invoicing. Maintain professional internal/external relationships and work flexible hours as needed.
