Supports process engineering and technological project delivery across planning, design, implementation, supervision, and change management. Responsibilities include coordinating stakeholders, developing designs to customer requirements, preparing schedules and budgets, maintaining project documentation and communication, and supporting project execution. The role requires collaboration across departments and availability to travel or relocate according to project needs, with FMCG manufacturing experience preferred.

Designs low-voltage and extra-low-voltage electrical systems for industrial and logistics buildings using Revit and AutoCAD. Creates 2D/3D models, schematics, layouts, single-line diagrams, equipment schedules, and specifications. Reviews requirements, develops cost- and energy-efficient solutions, coordinates with multidisciplinary design teams and clients, validates material approvals, and resolves design issues during installation. Requires knowledge of Romanian and European regulations, electrical equipment, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Manage industrial FMCG projects from specification through completion. Responsibilities include coordinating project teams, negotiating with vendors and subcontractors, securing permits, planning schedules and resources, managing budgets, leading stakeholder interactions, monitoring progress, preparing reports, and ensuring health and safety compliance. The role requires knowledge of food manufacturing and packaging processes, construction procedures, project management, and quality standards, with business travel and potential project-related relocation in Australia.
