We are seeking a Process Engineer to support engineering and project delivery activities, ensuring effective design, coordination, and execution of technological projects throughout their full lifecycle.
Role Overview
The Process Engineer supports project teams by contributing to engineering design, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring efficient project execution. The role involves active participation across all project stages, including planning, design, implementation, and change management, while maintaining clear communication and proper documentation flow.

• Collaborate with project teams to provide support and supervision for technological projects.
• Assist the engineering department in developing projects in accordance with customer requirements.
• Participate in design activities, project supervision, and implementation throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Contribute to the preparation of project schedules and budgets.
• Work closely with other departments involved in project execution to ensure alignment.
• Ensure proper flow of project documentation and effective communication.
• Support and manage project changes as required.
• Maintain availability for travel or relocation based on project needs.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as mechanical, production, or process engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in 3D design using AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills.
• Production experience and knowledge of FMCG manufacturing processes are considered an advantage.

Our requirements:

• Higher technical education (mechanical, production engineering, process engineering; or related fields).
• 3D Design in AutoCAD and 3D  Inventor.
• 3+ years experience in process engineering.
• Proficiency in English enabling fluent communication both orally and in writing.
• Proficiency in using MS Office.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with colleagues and contractors at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and very good organizational abilities.
• Preferred: Production experience and specific knowledge of manufacturing processes related to the FMCG industry.
