Manages integrated marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, advertising, content production, sales collateral, RFP materials, menu launches, and customer acquisition and retention efforts. Coordinates internal teams and external creative and media partners while maintaining brand standards. Supports CRM implementation, segmentation, lead generation, and analytics. Requires strong project management, communication, marketing analytics, and hospitality-industry experience.

Leads Allium’s venue sales, business development, revenue growth, and market positioning. Owns P&L, budgeting, forecasting, sales strategy, utilization, and KPI reporting while overseeing client relationships from inquiry through event completion. Partners with marketing, finance, catering, facilities, and HR to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, guest satisfaction, and team development. Supervises venue operations staff and serves as the primary brand representative and escalation point for clients, vendors, and community partners.

Oversee setup, stocking, and cleanup of food and beverage service for meetings and conference rooms. Manage inventory, place supply orders, ensure food safety and sanitation, coordinate equipment delivery/return, support SOP development, and attend management meetings to ensure smooth catering operations.
