Conduct price analyses, lead negotiations, ensure contract compliance (FAR/DFAR), maintain procurement records, manage supplier relationships, identify cost savings, and track procurement metrics from requisition through invoice payment.

Lead fabrication, integration, and qualification of cryogenic fluid systems and propellant infrastructure. Translate drawings to manufacturable hardware, create BOMs and work instructions, support on-floor assembly, perform DFM reviews, manage quality/schedule, define repair/rework, perform root cause analysis, and develop AS9100-compliant processes with attention to cryogenic safety.

Design and implement repeatable manufacturing processes for BE-4/BE-3U engine production. Develop work instructions, tooling, inspection plans, and perform root-cause analyses. Support DFM/DFA/DFT, process validation, FMEAs, and quality/safety standards (AS9100/ISO9001). Evaluate new manufacturing technologies and apply AI tools to optimize throughput and first-time quality.

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, work instructions, and tooling for thruster hardware. Manage cost, quality, schedule, supplier interfaces, process control, root cause analysis, equipment integration, capacity, material handling, and hardware configuration throughout build and test.

Manage site operations strategic initiatives for Rocket Park by coordinating suppliers, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to meet cost, schedule, technical, and risk objectives. Oversee supplier performance, negotiate schedules and requirements, support process development and product transition from concept to development, and communicate risks and status to leadership.

Own product vision, roadmap, and delivery for software supporting manufacturing, test, flight, and operations. Engage customers, define requirements and metrics, prioritize features, lead cross-functional teams, influence technical architecture, and use AI to prototype and accelerate delivery. Measure impact and drive adoption.

Design and release test harnesses and electrical cable assemblies for launch vehicles. Own requirements collection, create drawings, coordinate with test, avionics, and manufacturing teams, lead design reviews, and ensure grounding/bonding and connector integrity using Creo, Windchill, and AutoCAD Electrical.

Designs, installs, and maintains instrumentation, data acquisition, and controls for rocket engine test stands. Tasks include PLC programming, electrical panel and harness design, DAQ configuration and troubleshooting, system integration, test execution support, mentoring technicians, and continuous improvement to ensure safe, repeatable operations.
