Lead strategic planning and execution of launch and test site infrastructure from site identification and master planning through design, permitting, and construction. Design, develop, and maintain network automation for Juniper devices; implement/manage solutions using Ansible and Python; create device templates and integrations with monitoring/configuration control; troubleshoot automation and network operations; perform code review, testing, training, physical rack/stack work; participate in on-call rotation and occasional travel.

Designs, installs, and maintains instrumentation, data acquisition, and controls for rocket engine test stands. Tasks include PLC programming, electrical panel and harness design, DAQ configuration and troubleshooting, system integration, test execution support, mentoring technicians, and continuous improvement to ensure safe, repeatable operations.

Manage rocket vehicle integration across design, manufacturing, test, and supply chain. Develop production coordination tools, make build-sequence decisions, triage discrepancies, report progress, reduce lead time and cost, mitigate risks, and deliver verification artifacts for operational transfer.

Design and develop space-grade power electronic converters (isolated and non-isolated DC-DC) from requirements through production. Tasks include topology selection, component selection, controller algorithm development, simulation, schematic capture, PCB layout, prototype bring-up, testing, iterative reliability improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to transition designs to production for Hall thruster-based satellite propulsion systems.

Own product vision, roadmap, and delivery for software supporting manufacturing, test, flight, and operations. Manage supplier relationships, schedules, costs, risks, and transitions from concept to production, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and program leadership to commission manufacturing processes for the New Glenn vehicle.
