Own requirements, architecture, IP selection, design, verification, tapeout, silicon bring-up, qualification, OSAT engagement, and production transition. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, risks, suppliers, and executive reporting to deliver space-grade SoC hardware on schedule and to system objectives.

Lead design, implementation, and testing of advanced navigation and estimation algorithms (primarily Kalman filters) for INS/GPS. Lead and maintain quality system processes for test and flight ground systems, perform inspections/audits to AS9100 standards, manage nonconformances and root-cause actions, support contractors and fabrication reviews, provide QA subject-matter expertise across programs, and develop training and quality improvements to support safe spaceflight operations.

Lead architecture, design, implementation, verification, and deployment of mission operations and safety-critical ground software for a multi-orbit satellite constellation. Guide technology selection, mentor developers, coordinate system verification, produce architecture and verification documentation, and support mission control operations and integration.

Design, develop, integrate, and maintain TeraWave ground systems. Capture requirements, define system architecture, implement secure cross-domain communications, perform system-level testing and performance tuning, support full SDLC, ensure regulatory and security compliance, document configurations, and mentor operational teams.

Apply quality engineering techniques to verify product and process conformance, perform root cause analysis and corrective actions, audit to AS9100, approve build documents, support manufacturing integration, recommend quality improvements, and develop training to build quality awareness across teams.

Lead software systems engineering for lunar avionics: define embedded software requirements, verify and test safety-critical software, manage hardware-software integration, mentor engineers, and ensure compliance with certification and fault-management practices for spacecraft missions.

Design and analyze spacecraft motion control and actuation systems and moving mechanisms (bearings, gears, motors). Produce documentation and vendor specifications, support assembly and environmental testing, review test data, and recommend design or process changes for high-reliability aerospace applications.

Design, develop, and implement manufacturing and production processes for aerospace flight hardware. Create BOMs, work instructions, build plans, and tool lists; provide lineside support, manage NCRs, support product introduction, troubleshoot production, and lead continuous improvement for safety and efficiency.

Lead architecture and implementation of flight dynamics software for a large LEO/MEO satellite constellation. Develop cloud-based ground systems (AWS), CI/CD, containerized deployments, verification/validation, operations products and procedures, integrate with C2/mission planning/ground stations, support mission operations and training, and coordinate across spacecraft, ground, and program stakeholders.

Lead supplier qualification and development programs across Blue Origin's four-gate pathway, conduct on-site audits, own qualification files, drive capacity and yield improvements, partner with Supplier Quality, and maintain qualification data to ensure supplier readiness for production. Frequent supplier site travel and cross-functional coordination required.

Serve as the primary legal advisor to TeraWave, counseling on complex commercial and technology agreements, regulatory compliance (FCC, spectrum, ITU, export controls), risk management, and cross-functional product and operations matters. Draft and negotiate contracts, build scalable templates and playbooks, coordinate with regulatory counsel, manage outside counsel, and advise on evolving satellite communications and connectivity service issues.

Lead definition, design, and delivery of production-ready automated manufacturing systems. Engage stakeholders, develop simulations and cost/schedule estimates, drive supplier selection, and own projects through commissioning while guiding product design for manufacturability.

Lead design and implementation of end-to-end mission planning for a multi-orbit satellite constellation. Define planning workflows, constraint frameworks, command sequences, activity templates, and timelines. Partner with software teams to integrate planning products, support test rehearsals and real-time operations, and mentor junior planners. Ensure operational readiness through simulation, validation, and cross-functional representation.

Lead development and execution of TeraWave mission operations: create ConOps, procedures, telemetry displays, and automation; lead on-console teams; validate ops products in simulation; support launch and early orbit operations, anomaly response, ground station analysis, regulatory coordination, and mentor junior engineers.

Manage and optimize manufacturing BOM (mBOM) alignment with engineering BOMs, track configuration changes, develop automated queries and dashboards, improve BOM configuration and repeatability, and create models/processes to standardize configuration supporting production and product development.

Design and implement high-reliability embedded firmware for a satellite user terminal: low-level drivers, beamforming control, networking optimization, thermal and power management, secure boot/OTA, hardware debugging, and RTOS/Embedded Linux integration to enable real-time beam steering and high-throughput communications.

Lead financial and operational execution for high-volume fabrication at Blue Origin's Explorer Facility. Oversee machining, fluids, avionics fabrication, coatings, TPS, and COPV production. Drive continuous improvement, Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, factory flow optimization, quality and safety, data-driven systems, capital planning, and team development to support orbital launch vehicle production.

Lead end-to-end payload integration for the MK1 lunar lander as the primary technical interface to customers. Own payload-vehicle ICDs and requirements, develop and execute verification and test plans, lead integrated HSI testing and anomaly resolution, define mechanical/electrical/thermal/data/RF interfaces, coordinate across vehicle subsystems, and present technical material to stakeholders.

Lead design and layout of the Thermodynamic Vent System (TVS) for the MK2 Crew Lander, focusing on cryogenic propellant (LH2/LOX) tubing routing in CAD, model-based release, and follow-through across build, test, integration, and on-console operations while coordinating with NASA and national team partners.
