Lead and manage a team of manufacturing engineers executing production of human-capable lunar vehicles. Oversee build execution, translate engineering definitions into work instructions, develop tooling/fixtures, define processes, support root-cause resolution, and ensure manufacturability, test plans, and quality/safety compliance in a fast-paced aerospace production environment.

Design and maintain spacecraft CAD models and interfaces for New Glenn payload accommodations using Creo/ProEngineer and Windchill. Produce interface control drawings, fabrication and installation drawings, export CAD for analysis, and support configuration through procurement, assembly, integration, testing, and production readiness while coordinating across disciplines.

Lead and perform Oxygen Compatibility Assessments for flight and ground systems; evaluate flammability and ignition hazards, conduct root-cause analyses, develop mitigation and design improvements, maintain OCA lifecycle, mentor engineers, and support safety-critical standards and peer reviews.

Serve as senior advisor to the Sr. Manufacturing leader for lunar human-capable vehicle manufacturing. Drive strategy, coordinate high-value projects, enable decision-making, implement pivotal initiatives, manage communications, and lead change management across operations. Collect and present data, align cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure execution of strategic priorities in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.

Create, maintain, and release CAD data for spacecraft avionics and harnessing. Prepare detail parts, assemblies, and installation models, route harnesses with subsystem teams, review drawings for standards, manage large CAD assemblies/BOMs, and apply engineering/manufacturing methodologies to meet cost, schedule, and performance requirements.

Lead development and execution of on-orbit mission operations for Blue Ring: create ConOps, plans, procedures, telemetry displays and automation; lead on-console teams; validate ops via simulations; drive automation and AI/ML adoption; support mission readiness, launch and early orbit operations, anomaly resolution, and mentor junior engineers.

Support and maintain on-prem mission-critical IT and communications infrastructure for lunar lander development. Configure and troubleshoot servers, workstations, networks, hypervisors, and mission systems; lead configuration management, automation, CI/CD audits, deployment baselines per STIGs, asset inventory, and documentation. Provide hands-on support in time-sensitive mission operations and manage integrations with cloud, security, and specialized control systems.

Lead planning, analysis, and execution for lunar transportation and surface operations. Own program management systems, Integrated Master Schedule, risk register, PFEP and production readiness. Drive decision gates, coordinate cross-functional facility activations, ensure MRP integrity, and translate technical scope into cost, schedule, and business-case recommendations for executive decisions.

Lead a team of test engineers in developing and executing test plans for spacecraft components, ensuring reliability and safety through rigorous methodologies.

Develop, lead, test, and validate embedded vehicle control software for remotely controlled rovers. Own requirements, write specifications, build drivers, implement safety-critical autonomous fault recovery, support field deployments, and collaborate across engineering, science, and product teams to move programs from concept to production.

Design, analyze, prototype, and test spaceflight mechanisms and structures from concept through flight qualification. Produce technical documentation, vendor specifications, and execute environmental and subsystem-level testing while collaborating across disciplines to integrate and verify hardware.

Lead systems engineer responsible for defining, documenting, and verifying integrated vehicle stack configurations for lunar missions. Own configuration management, stack requirements in Jama Connect, ICDs, CREO model interrogation, verification planning with I&T, integration trade studies, risk mitigation, and cross-functional technical leadership through SRR/PDR/CDR and test readiness.

Lead system-level integration and test activities for complex aerospace systems: develop/execute test plans, build fixtures and automated test environments, analyze results, troubleshoot issues, document findings, mentor junior engineers, and drive continuous improvement within an agile development environment.

Design and develop RF payload hardware for a high-capacity satellite communications constellation. Lead HDI PCB layout, power delivery design, EMI/crosstalk mitigation, hardware bring-up and lab debugging, and integrate high-speed digital logic with phased-array antenna systems through testing and lifecycle support.

Design and validate RF payload hardware for a high-throughput satellite constellation: HDI PCB layout, robust power delivery, EMI/noise mitigation, hardware bring-up, debugging and system-level lab testing, and integration with phased-array antenna systems across the product lifecycle.

Manage sourcing, contracting, and supplier execution across assigned commodities supporting manufacturing, launch, and operations. Develop procurement program plans, lead full procurement lifecycle (RFP, negotiation, award, performance), track PO status and KPIs, manage contracts and budgets, evaluate supplier quality/compliance, coordinate cross-functional activities, mentor junior staff, and implement cost savings and automation using AI-enabled tooling.

Lead transition of motion-control space hardware (reaction wheels, gimbals, torque rods, solar array drives) from development to high-rate, flight-quality production. Drive Design-For-X requirements into engineering, define pilot factory flow/tooling/processes, align automation and product design, establish rate-readiness criteria (~10 satellites/day), and mitigate producibility, cost, and quality risks early in design.

Manage procurement of services including MSAs, LTAs, DPAs, SOWs, RFQs/RFPs and POs. Conduct price analyses, lead negotiations, ensure contract compliance (FAR/DFAR), maintain procurement records, manage supplier relationships, identify cost savings, and track procurement metrics from requisition through invoice payment.

Lead fabrication, integration, and qualification of cryogenic fluid systems and propellant infrastructure. Translate drawings to manufacturable hardware, create BOMs and work instructions, support on-floor assembly, perform DFM reviews, manage quality/schedule, define repair/rework, perform root cause analysis, and develop AS9100-compliant processes with attention to cryogenic safety.

Design and implement repeatable manufacturing processes for BE-4/BE-3U engine production. Develop work instructions, tooling, inspection plans, and perform root-cause analyses. Support DFM/DFA/DFT, process validation, FMEAs, and quality/safety standards (AS9100/ISO9001). Evaluate new manufacturing technologies and apply AI tools to optimize throughput and first-time quality.
