Develop, plan, and execute test campaigns for motion-control hardware across the product lifecycle. Design and build test fixtures and EGSE, configure DAQ and instrumentation, implement test automation (Python/LabVIEW), run environmental and performance tests (vibration, shock, thermal, TVAC), analyze data, document results, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure hardware meets requirements for lunar and spaceflight programs.

Design and develop mechanical ground systems and GSE for LC-36 launch site: create 3D CAD models and drawings, build and test prototypes, perform basic stress analyses and tolerance stack-ups, maintain BOMs and documentation, and compile technical reports.

Develop and deploy CNC machining automation, CAM postprocessors, and software solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency. Integrate CAD/CAM/PLM systems, implement probing/adaptive machining and AI/ML tools, support machinists and engineers on the shop floor, and lead equipment/software selection and scaling of automated machining processes.
