Design, develop, analyze, and test fluid system hardware and subsystems for launch vehicles. Create CAD models, P&IDs, perform FEA and fluid modeling, develop test plans, support manufacturing, and manage multiple concurrent projects to meet customer schedules and safety requirements.

Lead and coordinate spacecraft Transfer Stage integration across engineering, supply chain, and operations. Plan design release, manage BOM/MRP demand, track engineering release dates, develop procurement packages, interface with NASA, mitigate risks, and report program metrics to enable timely build and delivery.

Develops and enforces quality processes for rocket engine design, testing, and production. Analyzes manufacturing and inspection data using Python, SQL, and AI tools; reviews build and nonconformance records; conducts AS9100 audits; supports design reviews, root cause analysis, manufacturability improvements, training, and quality performance initiatives.
