Serve as the front‑office contact and provide administrative and operational support to leadership and staff. Manage vendor relationships, facilities and security coordination, scheduling, records and confidential documents, office supplies, and event planning. Identify process improvements, support HR coordination, and ensure a safe, organized office environment while handling ad hoc duties and occasional production‑facility visits.

Lead HR delivery for Blue Ops, advising senior leaders on people strategies, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, workforce planning, and leadership development. Manage HR operations, ensure policy compliance, partner with centralized People Operations, and lead local HR team and initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness and engagement.

Manage inbound/outbound freight, prepare and track shipments, maintain ERP shipping/inventory records, support cycle counts and inventory variance investigations, coordinate with production/buyers, enforce SOPs, and uphold safety and export-control compliance.

Design and support advanced autonomous surface vessels from concept through production. Perform hull form, hydrostatics, stability, powering, structural, and systems analyses. Integrate propulsion, steering, electrical and auxiliary systems; produce 3D CAD models, installation drawings, and production documentation. Support prototype construction, sea trials, testing, manufacturability improvements, supplier qualification, and cross-functional coordination with autonomy, electrical, and production teams.

Provide administrative and operational support for the Valdosta facility, managing day-to-day office and facility operations, vendor relations, complex scheduling, event logistics, cross-functional coordination, process improvements, and executive support while maintaining confidentiality and operational readiness.

Support execution, monitoring, and testing of Unmanned Surface Vessel (USV) missions under senior supervision. Assist with mission planning, real-time monitoring, data collection, test execution, reporting, training support, safety compliance, and cross-functional coordination to build operational skills in defense unmanned maritime systems.

Lead strategic growth and government engagement for autonomous maritime systems. Build relationships across DoD, U.S. Navy, Coast Guard, congressional defense community, and industry partners. Support capture strategy, customer engagement, demos, and partnerships while aligning product capabilities with defense requirements and providing market intelligence to executive and engineering teams.

Develop and implement composite manufacturing processes (infusion, finishing, assembly), tooling, SOPs, BOMs, and tests. Support product launches, continuous improvement, ECNs, production troubleshooting, safety, and quality in a lean manufacturing environment.
