Develops curricula, instructional materials, assessments, and TMPs; conducts classroom, simulation, and field training; coordinates with government stakeholders and SMEs; tracks qualifications and reports training effectiveness; ensures safety, compliance, and operational integration across programs.

Lead planning, coordination, and execution of autonomous maritime (USV) operations supporting defense programs. Develop mission plans, oversee live missions and telemetry, execute tests, train operators, liaise with government customers, analyze mission data, document findings, and drive operational improvements to ensure safe, compliant deployments.

Support design, assembly, testing, and integration of embedded electrical systems for unmanned maritime/sensor platforms. Develop wiring diagrams and interface docs, perform continuity and power checks, troubleshoot hardware and wiring harnesses, assist lab testing and field demonstrations, manage inventory, and document integration and test procedures.
