Build and manage sales infrastructure for a rapidly growing autonomous maritime business. Own sales processes, CRM governance, pipeline forecasting, dashboards, reporting, lead management, and revenue visibility. Coordinate Sales with Marketing, Contracts, Finance, Production, and operations teams. Serve as the liaison to government contracting, track proposals and contract milestones, support demonstrations and events, and improve sales productivity through automation and AI. Develop operating standards, training, and cross-functional processes that support government, defense, international, and commercial opportunities.

Serve as the front‑office contact and provide administrative and operational support to leadership and staff. Manage vendor relationships, facilities and security coordination, scheduling, records and confidential documents, office supplies, and event planning. Identify process improvements, support HR coordination, and ensure a safe, organized office environment while handling ad hoc duties and occasional production‑facility visits.

Owns the reliability, security, performance, and administration of hybrid IT infrastructure spanning Microsoft 365, GCC High, Windows, Linux, macOS, Azure, AWS, endpoints, identity, and collaboration platforms. Responsibilities include patching, monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, vulnerability remediation, incident response, service management, documentation, automation, infrastructure modernization, application-tool support, and technical escalation. The role mentors junior staff, supports compliance-focused environments, and participates in on-call and after-hours maintenance.

Support design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of cybersecurity controls for embedded Linux systems, network infrastructure, and communication equipment on autonomous maritime platforms. Develop security documentation, implement authentication/encryption/access controls, configure firewalls/VPNs/SSH/certificates, and participate in lab testing and field demonstrations to ensure compliance with industry and government cybersecurity standards.

Lead strategic growth and government engagement for autonomous maritime systems. Build relationships across DoD, U.S. Navy, Coast Guard, congressional defense community, and industry partners. Support capture strategy, customer engagement, demos, and partnerships while aligning product capabilities with defense requirements and providing market intelligence to executive and engineering teams.

Design, implement, and continuously improve quality systems for USV production. Create QC plans, SOPs, inspection/test procedures, manage in-process and final inspections, material control per AS9100, lead CAPA and PFMEA updates, analyze quality metrics, and mentor a quality team while supporting supplier and contract manufacturing audits.
