Lead manufacturing engineering team to develop and optimize processes, tooling, and production systems for unmanned maritime platforms. Drive NPI, process improvements, Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, quality and compliance, tooling design, documentation, and cross-functional production readiness at the Valdosta facility.

Lead product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for unmanned surface vessels. Conduct market and competitive analysis, develop campaigns and sales enablement, support launches, events, and customer engagements, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate technical capabilities into mission-focused value for defense and government customers.
