Develops and maintains production schedules aligned with demand, capacity, materials, labor, and equipment. Manages MRP/ERP planning data, work orders, inventory coordination, scheduling conflicts, and production priorities. Collaborates across production, materials, engineering, quality, customer service, and leadership teams. Analyzes production KPIs and supports lean manufacturing, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Build and manage sales infrastructure for a rapidly growing autonomous maritime business. Own sales processes, CRM governance, pipeline forecasting, dashboards, reporting, lead management, and revenue visibility. Coordinate Sales with Marketing, Contracts, Finance, Production, and operations teams. Serve as the liaison to government contracting, track proposals and contract milestones, support demonstrations and events, and improve sales productivity through automation and AI. Develop operating standards, training, and cross-functional processes that support government, defense, international, and commercial opportunities.

Serve as the front‑office contact and provide administrative and operational support to leadership and staff. Manage vendor relationships, facilities and security coordination, scheduling, records and confidential documents, office supplies, and event planning. Identify process improvements, support HR coordination, and ensure a safe, organized office environment while handling ad hoc duties and occasional production‑facility visits.
