Supports development, integration, testing, and validation of autonomous uncrewed surface vessels. Responsibilities include GNSS and GNSS-denied navigation, sensor fusion, radar and perception integration, robotics software, control algorithms, AI model evaluation, embedded Linux development, and field testing. The role primarily uses Python with exposure to C++, ROS 2, NVIDIA Jetson, maritime protocols, and onboard sensors. The engineer will troubleshoot hardware and software, analyze telemetry and sensor logs, create diagnostic tools, document results, and contribute to controlled vessel testing under senior supervision.

Captures, edits, and manages professional photo and video content for maritime autonomy, defense, corporate, and product brands. Coordinates field shoots, agencies, freelancers, licensing, budgets, asset libraries, and release approvals. Produces videos, photography, motion graphics, social content, sales materials, and executive communications under tight deadlines. Ensures compliance with ITAR, EAR, OPSEC, customer release requirements, and military site rules. Extensive travel and work on vessels, test ranges, production floors, and at industry events are required.

Corporate Counsel will advise a defense technology company on employment law, commercial and manufacturing contracts, government and military contracting, maritime agreements, corporate matters, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance. The role requires negotiating complex agreements, advising executives and operational teams, managing legal risks, and supporting matters involving FAR, DFARS, ITAR, EAR, defense procurement, unmanned vessels, and maritime liability.
