Lead college-wide external relations, marketing, media, publications, advertising, and community engagement. Manage budgets, vendors, website and social media, and produce college publications. Coordinate with departments, athletics, and foundation; serve as secondary spokesperson and represent the college at events. Oversee advertising strategy, RFPs, and brand consistency.

Provide one-on-one academic and career coaching to high school students, guide them through BMCC admissions and registration, coordinate with school and college staff, make referrals to support services, monitor student progress, and facilitate intake, placement, and academic planning. Maintain FERPA compliance and deliver workshops and trainings as needed. Position is housed in Hermiston and requires extensive regional travel.

Manage college contracts, fixed assets, inventory, and related accounting tasks. Support Controller with contract review, budget monitoring, audits, insurance and risk coordination, asset disposition, reporting, and special analyses. Maintain records, prepare schedules for audits, and assist procurements and governance committees. Requires occasional site travel and extra hours during busy periods.
