Build and mentor a high-performing team and align marketing with Sales, Design, and Revenue Operations to improve lead quality, pipeline velocity, and ROI.

Lead commercial intelligence by synthesizing first- and third-party data, market and competitive analysis, and pricing strategy. Build BI dashboards, scenario models, and executive reports; apply AI/LLM tools and predictive modeling to inform product, community planning, positioning, and go-to-market decisions in a luxury residential environment.
