The Director of Project Development leads the site development lifecycle for nuclear projects, managing teams and ensuring alignment across commercial, finance, and engineering departments.

Senior capital markets leader responsible for investor relations, fundraising strategy and execution (private rounds through IPO), public market preparation, investor communications, and coordinating capital structure and bankability across corporate and project finance. Acts as strategic partner to CEO/CFO/Board and leads capital markets materials, roadshows, advisor selection, and a small IR team.

Lead day-to-day accounting operations including full record-to-report cycle, month-end close, financial statement preparation, AP oversight, 13-week cash forecasting, debt covenant compliance, equity roll-forwards, fixed asset/CIP tracking, audit support, and direct management of a small accounting team.

The Technical Recruiter will source and recruit for entry to mid-level roles, build candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

The Senior Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, working closely with hiring managers to define requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process, while maintaining compliance in data and reporting.

The Principal of Commercial at Blue Energy will strategize and advance commercial opportunities in the energy sector, focusing on customer engagement and complex deal structures for SMRs.

Lead origination and close long-term offtake agreements (PPAs, capacity, thermal, built-transfer) for an SMR fleet. Build anchor customer relationships, structure bankable contracts, align internal teams, monitor markets and policy, represent the company externally, and manage a team of analysts and associates.

Lead safe, compliant startup and commercial operations for a new SMR and CCGT facility. Oversee commissioning, fuel load, staffing, operator licensing, regulatory compliance (NRC/NERC/EPA), shift operations, performance tracking, emergency response, and coordination with EPC, licensing, and engineering through startup into full commercial operations.
