Leads procurement and supply chain activities across capital-program Owner and Contractor workstreams. Manages sourcing, bidding, purchase orders, change orders, agreements, supplier onboarding, procure-to-pay processes, invoice reconciliation, expediting, compliance, reporting, and contract close-out. Coordinates with Legal, Contracts, Finance, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders while maintaining accurate, audit-ready records and commercial controls.

Senior Document Controller supports enterprise document control and records management, acting as deputy to the DCRM Manager. Responsibilities include EDMS implementation and administration, document governance, lifecycle and retention controls, transmittals, approval workflows, revision tracking, reporting, quality checks, archiving, and regulatory compliance. The role partners with engineering, quality, regulatory, and project teams while guiding junior document controllers. Compliance focuses on NRC, ASME NQA-1, and NIRMA requirements.

Manage EPC contracts across the full lifecycle, including pre-award negotiations, cost and risk assessment, post-award administration, change orders, claims, milestones, incentives, disputes, notices, reporting, and final account closeout. The role protects the company’s commercial position on major energy infrastructure projects, manages lender and contractor requirements, and supervises and develops a Contracts Administrator.

Manage a portfolio of contracts across project and corporate activities, overseeing drafting, negotiation, administration, change orders, claims, disputes, risk mitigation, compliance, reporting, and closeout. The role protects Blue Energy’s commercial position across major capital and energy projects, coordinates with stakeholders and counsel, and supervises a future Contracts Administrator.

The Principal of Commercial at Blue Energy will strategize and advance commercial opportunities in the energy sector, focusing on customer engagement and complex deal structures for SMRs.

Accountable Technical Authority for engineering, procurement, and construction contracts. Establish and enforce technical assurance, codes/standards governance, compliance monitoring and CAPA, interface and configuration management, design review oversight, change control, and supplier technical oversight. Lead a technical integration team and deliver portfolio-level metrics, ICDs, RCAs, and verified conformance of safety-related deliverables to protect the owner's technical and commercial interests.

Senior capital markets leader responsible for investor relations, fundraising strategy and execution (private rounds through IPO), public market preparation, investor communications, and coordinating capital structure and bankability across corporate and project finance. Acts as strategic partner to CEO/CFO/Board and leads capital markets materials, roadshows, advisor selection, and a small IR team.
