Lead and manage owner-side estimating teams and subcontractors to develop, validate, and maintain Class 5–1 capital cost estimates for large industrial and energy projects. Oversee estimate governance, contractor estimate validation, risk-based forecasting, scope/change evaluation, contingency analysis, benchmarking, and executive reporting across project phases. Integrate estimates with project controls, support procurement and contract negotiations, and present cost positions to leadership, lenders, and stakeholders.
