Oversee commissioning, fuel load, staffing, operator licensing, regulatory compliance (NRC/NERC/EPA), shift operations, performance tracking, emergency response, and coordination with EPC, licensing, and engineering through startup into full commercial operations.

The Director of Project Development leads the site development lifecycle for nuclear projects, managing teams and ensuring alignment across commercial, finance, and engineering departments.

The Project Development Engineer will aid in the development of Small Modular Reactor sites, handling site evaluation, design, regulatory coordination, and risk assessment to ensure project viability and compliance.
