Remote flexibility is available with one day per week in the Omaha office.

Design and build production multi-agent AI systems for healthcare member experiences. Responsibilities include LangGraph orchestration, agent integration contracts, stateful context management, clinical safety guardrails, PHI handling, RAG architecture with Azure AI Search, prompt management, and evaluation systems. The role requires strong Python expertise, production LLM experience, retrieval optimization, and safeguards for high-consequence domains.

Performs risk-based cybersecurity control assessments, technical validation, configuration reviews, vulnerability and exploitability testing, attack-path analysis, and audit support. The role uses GRC and continuous-control-monitoring processes to automate evidence collection, track remediation, develop risk metrics, and improve reporting. Partners with cybersecurity, technology, risk, audit, and business teams to translate technical findings into practical remediation and strengthen cyber resilience.

Build and maintain modern web and mobile applications, reusable front-end components, micro-frontends, and omnichannel digital experiences. Own solutions from design handoff through deployment, monitoring, and support. Integrate APIs, analytics, marketing, and content platforms while applying experimentation, user data, personalization, security, privacy, and accessibility best practices. Collaborate across product, marketing, architecture, customer experience, and backend teams, and participate in an on-call rotation.
