This internship provides hands-on experience in data science, analytics, and governance. Responsibilities include analyzing health data, creating visualizations and business insights, supporting data quality and metadata management, applying analytics technologies, and collaborating with business teams. Interns will learn Agile practices and explore topics including cloud technology, AI/ML, ethical AI, and responsible data use.

Supports Managed Services by developing Python, PowerShell, and low-code automations; experimenting with AI-enhanced alert triage, anomaly detection, and root-cause analysis; improving monitoring, dashboards, reliability, and incident response; and contributing to Azure infrastructure automation. Collaborates with IT Operations, Cloud, Network, and Application Engineering teams in an Agile environment while completing a capstone project and technical training.

Supports development and improvement of responsive web and mobile experiences, APIs, and digital services. Explores AI tools and large language models, uses data and experimentation to identify member experience insights, and helps test usability, accessibility, performance, and reliability. Collaborates in Agile ceremonies with developers, designers, analysts, and stakeholders while completing a real-world capstone project and receiving mentorship and technical training.
