Provide front-desk and administrative support including visitor reception and calendar management, conference room and catering coordination, office supply procurement, credit card reconciliation, seating and new-hire desk setup, ESD jacket cleaning, and other facility-specific projects. Lead the BCT XACT product line end-to-end: set vision and roadmap, own business case and budgets, drive cross-functional execution (engineering, supply chain, quality, finance), support pricing and proposals, manage contracts and lifecycle transitions, monitor KPIs, evaluate technologies, mentor junior PMs, and ensure compliance and customer alignment for flight-proven ADCS products.

Responsible for managing space hardware missions, leading program teams, executing project phases, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

The Sr. Contracts Administrator manages and negotiates contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations while advising management on contractual risks and issues.

The Sr. Systems Engineer coordinates technical execution for spacecraft components, leads development efforts, and enhances product maturity through documentation and quality improvements.

Lead the Reaction Wheel product line across product lifecycle and contracts. Drive roadmap, cross-functional execution, budgeting, KPIs, customer relationships, risk management, and support proposals for small spacecraft actuator systems.

Lead strategic, financial, and execution ownership of the Reaction Wheel product line. Manage contracts, roadmaps, cross-functional teams, budgets, pricing, risk, and customer relationships to deliver spaceflight hardware on schedule and within cost targets.

Lead GN&C subsystem development for small spacecraft across all mission phases. Design, analyze, test, and deploy GN&C architectures, develop new GN&C technologies, lead engineers and product lines, oversee hardware selection and testing, support mission operations and on-orbit commissioning, and mentor junior engineers.
