Lead technical execution of spacecraft component product lines: write requirements and test plans, oversee verification/validation and qualification testing, manage documentation and interface control, drive failure investigations and corrective actions, design ground test equipment, support production scaling and sustainment, lead cross-functional reviews and customer technical exchanges, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead the Reaction Wheel product line across product lifecycle and contracts. Drive roadmap, cross-functional execution, budgeting, KPIs, customer relationships, risk management, and support proposals for small spacecraft actuator systems.

Manage day-to-day production line needs and customer contracts for a components product line. Coordinate cross-functional teams, track cost/schedule KPIs, support contract negotiations, assist forecasting, pricing analysis, risk management, and customer communications to ensure on-time delivery and operational excellence.
