Design, implement, and maintain security controls across AWS environments; support compliance (PCI DSS), vulnerability management, incident response, and security automation; collaborate with Infrastructure, SRE, and Development to harden cloud platforms and integrate security into CI/CD.

Lead design and implementation of security strategy and architecture across product and infrastructure. Drive threat modeling, vulnerability management, incident response, SIEM/monitoring, and compliance (PCI-DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001). Secure CI/CD and IaC, mentor engineering teams, develop automation for continuous security, and collaborate cross-functionally to embed secure-by-design practices.

Provide first-line support for credit union clients using core banking platforms, troubleshoot member data and transaction issues, document tickets, escalate complex problems, assist with installations/updates, maintain documentation, and deliver user training and exceptional client service.
