Lead Blossom Health’s clinical partnerships growth channel from zero to one. Develop the provider partnership strategy, personally test and refine the sales motion, define ICP and KPIs, build scalable processes and territory plans, and lead a high-performing partnerships organization. Collaborate with Growth, Operations, Clinical, Product, and company leadership to increase provider referrals, patient conversion, and national market expansion.

Conduct psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, provide therapy sessions, prescribe medications, maintain documentation, and offer telehealth services.
