Provision, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure across development and production using Infrastructure as Code. Own day-to-day user interactions across phone, chat, email and social to resolve patient and provider issues, monitor adherence, escalate technical problems, collect user feedback and testimonials, drive improvements, and ensure compliance with SOPs for complaints.

Lead commercial operations to scale sales, marketing, customer success, and clinical implementation. Build processes, KPIs, CRM automation and dashboards, manage logistics, reimbursement strategy, and customer health programs while partnering with executives to drive growth and operational excellence in a regulated healthcare environment.
