Build monitoring, logging, telemetry, alerts, security controls, and automation for reliable production systems. Collaborate with platform, product, application, and algorithm engineering teams; automate deployments and incident recovery; and provide guidance on infrastructure design, testing, security, and operations. The role supports healthcare software products and requires cloud, Linux, networking, scripting, and secure systems experience.

Develop and maintain medical software, implement product features, collaborate with teams, ensure quality and interoperability of software modules, and apply industry best practices in design and testing.

Own day-to-day user interactions across phone, chat, email and social to resolve patient and provider issues, monitor adherence, escalate technical problems, collect user feedback and testimonials, drive improvements, and ensure compliance with SOPs for complaints.
