Manages customer billing operations, including account setup, invoicing, collections, payments, refunds, upgrades, cancellations, and billing issue resolution. Partners with customers, account managers, sales, and customer success teams to investigate payment variances and provide support. Maintains billing cases in Salesforce, updates account records, assists with audits and projects, and identifies process improvements and automation opportunities.

Own a quota-carrying account management role focused on expanding business within existing accounts. Manage the full sales cycle, identify expansion opportunities, conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations, qualify leads, respond to inbound inquiries, build pipeline, and close deals. Success requires strong communication, organization, relationship management, adaptability, SaaS knowledge, and a results-driven approach.
