Extract, analyze, and map client data from legacy relational databases into Bloomerang systems. Export data, create and test data maps and code, document processes, report data issues, and support conversions while collaborating with engineers and project managers. Work on entry-level conversions and become a subject-matter expert on migration best practices and Bloomerang capabilities.

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will manage configuration changes, support users, implement solutions, and maintain security controls on the Salesforce platform.

Manage client data conversions into Bloomerang from post-sale through delivery. Guide clients through conversion phases, coordinate with technical teams to resolve data issues, track milestones, maintain on-time delivery and CSAT targets, and escalate or document concerns to ensure fundraising readiness.
