Teams at Bloomerang

Leads and develops a team of Conversion Data Analysts, owning workload prioritization, delivery quality, and performance outcomes. Uses KPIs and data to identify risks, guide decisions, and improve high-volume conversion workflows. Partners with project management, Engineering, Product, Support, and leadership to ensure accurate data mapping and successful customer onboarding. Requires people leadership, SQL, Excel, data validation, CRM, and conversion tooling experience.

Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market nonprofit customers, including pipeline development, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing. Maintain accurate Salesforce forecasts and pipeline records, achieve sales quotas and targets, self-source at least half of deals, and build trusted relationships within the nonprofit community. Develop deep expertise in Bloomerang’s SaaS products and communicate their value to prospects while addressing technical and business needs.

Own the full sales cycle for Bloomerang’s nonprofit software, including pipeline development, outbound prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiations, closing, and accurate Salesforce forecasting. Build trusted relationships within the nonprofit community, achieve quota targets, generate self-sourced opportunities, and develop deep expertise in Bloomerang’s platform and services.
