Quota-carrying Account Manager responsible for expanding revenue within existing SaaS customers through prospecting, discovery calls, demos, pipeline management, BANT qualification, and consultative selling to close upsell opportunities and ensure long-term client engagement.

Build and own Bloomerang's AI harness and platform services: agent workflows, tool/model integrations, orchestration, evals, and guardrails. Ship backend services (authentication/identity) primarily in C#/.NET, diagnose distributed systems issues, improve developer tooling and observability, run model evaluations, and lead responsible AI adoption to increase engineering throughput and deliver measurable product outcomes for nonprofits.

Lead the intelligence layer atop the data lakehouse: design and run causal experimentation, build predictive and forecasting models, own model evaluation and monitoring, deploy and maintain models on Databricks/MLflow, set technical direction for data science, and partner closely with data engineers, AI engineers, and product. Use AI development tools daily.
