Leads and develops a SaaS onboarding team, overseeing customer implementations, workload, performance, service quality, metrics, risks, and outcomes. Partners cross-functionally to improve onboarding processes, coordinate resources, address escalations, and deliver a consistent customer experience. Coaches team members on communication, expectation setting, objection handling, and change management while using customer feedback and performance data to guide improvements.

Serve as the senior technical engineer on a delivery team, writing production code, shaping architecture, mentoring engineers, diagnosing complex issues, and owning software quality and reliability. Build TypeScript and JavaScript applications using Node.js, Express, React, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, testing, and observability. Modernize legacy systems, manage integrations and data synchronization, and use AI tools and automation to improve engineering workflows and delivery.

Administer and improve the Salesforce platform by managing configuration changes, flows, metadata, permissions, users, security, data access, integrations, and third-party applications. Gather requirements, implement solutions, support tickets, maintain technical documentation, monitor Salesforce releases, and collaborate across teams in an Agile or Scrumban environment.
