Build and own Bloomerang's AI harness and platform services: agent workflows, tool/model integrations, orchestration, evals, and guardrails. Ship backend services (authentication/identity) primarily in C#/.NET, diagnose distributed systems issues, improve developer tooling and observability, run model evaluations, and lead responsible AI adoption to increase engineering throughput and deliver measurable product outcomes for nonprofits.

Lead Bloomerang's organic social media strategy, create and publish short-form video and written content, manage executive LinkedIn thought leadership, analyze performance metrics, engage audiences, oversee cross-functional execution, and participate in crisis communications.

As a Sr. Software Engineer at Bloomerang, you will lead technical direction, mentor engineers, and enhance SaaS solutions while utilizing .NET and AI tools. You will ensure scalable, maintainable applications, advocate for Agile workflows, and focus on quality outcomes in software development.
