Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native, containerized microservices using C#/.NET and SQL, automate CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot app-to-orchestration issues, and collaborate in Agile/Scrum delivery.

Gather requirements, architect integrations, troubleshoot SQL Server, Active Directory, web services and access control systems, manage technical scope and timelines, mentor junior staff, and deploy cloud and on-premise solutions.

Support full investment lifecycle for lower-middle market enterprise software and services deals: financial modeling (LBOs), due diligence, deal execution, investment committee materials, and post-acquisition portfolio support including operational improvements and M&A initiatives. Coordinate external advisors and help build firm processes and CRM systems.

Source and evaluate lower-middle market B2B software and services investments. Build financial models, perform due diligence, write investment memos, manage deal processes with advisors, and support portfolio company operations to drive growth and efficiency.

Sell RightCrowdPIAM solutions to enterprise prospects: prospecting, managing full sales cycle, building C-level relationships, partnering with channels, delivering demos, negotiating multi-year contracts, meeting new-logo quotas, and using CRM to track pipeline and forecasts.

Own and execute partner marketing to generate high-quality leads through the MSP reseller network. Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns (email, social, webinars, events, digital), produce sales enablement content, manage Salesforce/Pardot for lead management and reporting, optimise performance through data-driven testing, and support partner acquisition and performance reporting.
