Leads end-to-end M&A integrations, including pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, workstream coordination, synergy modeling, and post-close execution. Partners with portfolio company executives on value creation initiatives involving pricing, sales productivity, retention, organizational design, and cost structure. Builds KPI dashboards, board materials, operating playbooks, and reusable integration tools while managing cross-border stakeholders and multiple concurrent workstreams.

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting by phone, email, and LinkedIn; qualify prospects and book held, accepted discovery meetings for Account Executives. Maintain accurate CRM records, follow up on inbound leads, confirm meetings, and provide market and competitive feedback. Success requires consistent call activity, quota attainment, strong communication, resilience in a remote environment, coachability, and disciplined pipeline hygiene.
