Own end-to-end implementation and services projects, including discovery, configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, upgrades, go-live, and customer acceptance. Manage concurrent customer projects, assess legacy platform feature gaps, reconcile migrated data, maintain upgrade runbooks, estimate effort, control delivery timelines, and escalate risks. The role includes customer onsite work in North America, the United Kingdom, and Ireland, with occasional international travel.

Owns the multi-entity monthly and quarterly close, reconciliations, ASC 606 revenue accounting, billing, collections, accounts payable, audit schedules, and finance controls. Supervises two accounting staff and leads finance workstreams for a NetSuite migration, including opening balances, sub-ledger tie-outs, parallel runs, reporting, and procedures. The role also supports indirect tax compliance, improves receivables aging, and manages multi-currency and intercompany accounting across U.S., Canadian, and U.K. entities.

Generates qualified sales pipeline by researching target accounts, executing outbound and inbound prospecting campaigns, qualifying leads, booking discovery meetings, supporting account-based marketing, and maintaining CRM activity records. The role collaborates with sales, marketing, and technical teams while communicating the company’s value proposition and providing feedback on messaging and lead quality.
