Support end-to-end delivery of enterprise customer implementations: coordinate timelines, track milestones, manage documentation, communicate with stakeholders, assist cross-functional teams, and follow PM processes to ensure quality and handover.

Manage end-to-end revenue recognition for SaaS subscription and professional services under ASC 606; review contracts, prepare month/quarter/year-end journal entries, reconcile deferred and recognized revenue, support audits, analyze ARR/MRR/churn, collaborate with Sales/Customer Success, and improve billing and ERP processes.

The Operating Director, Customer Success will drive portfolio-wide improvements in customer retention, expansion, and experience, partnering with management teams and leading initiatives to enhance GRR and NRR.
