Temporary part-time (4-6 months) Regulatory Affairs Specialist to act as Technical Responsible Person in Indonesia. Manage AKL product registrations and change notifications with Kemenkes, handle import documentation (Import Report, LHVIU, PERTEK, PI), ensure CDAKB/IDAK compliance for distribution and 3PLs, own QMS and audits (ISO 13485, CE, GDPMD), liaise with authorities and internal teams, monitor renewals/deadlines, and maintain regulatory records for handover.

Develop and execute trade and shopper marketing strategies to grow retail presence: design POSMs and displays, plan and evaluate promotions, manage vendors and KAM coordination, oversee merchandising field team, analyze sell-out and promo ROI, monitor competitor activity, and conduct store audits to ensure availability and visibility.

Lead end-to-end market entry for India: build the country business unit from scratch, hire and manage teams, establish marketplace and quick-commerce partnerships, drive digital growth and brand marketing, manage logistics and channel fill rates, and own P&L and stakeholder relationships.
