Own India business finance across quick commerce, marketplaces, and D2C channels. Responsibilities include receivables, working capital, vendor payables, platform settlements, reconciliations, ERP transactions, month-end close, MIS reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, cash-flow visibility, and local bookkeeping. The role partners with business and operations teams to maintain accurate financial records, identify margin leaks, and build scalable finance systems in a fast-growing startup.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid growth campaigns across quick-commerce marketplaces and Amazon. Own ad funnels, marketplace visibility, budget allocation, profitability, SKU optimization, and performance reporting. Analyze ROAS, ACoS, CTR, CVR, sales velocity, competitor activity, and category rank while collaborating with sales, creative, marketplace, and operations teams. The role requires hands-on quick-commerce ad buying, marketplace strategy, consumer insight, and strong analytical execution.

Oversee e-commerce fulfillment and warehouse operations for two consumer brands. Manage picking, packing, inventory transfers, courier coordination, packer staffing, warehouse layout, 3PL relationships, billing, service levels, stock counts, returns, damages, and write-offs. Support marketing events and international orders while maintaining accurate ERP records, controlling fulfillment costs, and meeting operational targets.
