Provides commodity insights to sales teams and customers, develops sourcing initiatives, and manages and coaches direct reports. Requires extensive supply chain or procurement experience, strong analytical and communication skills, futures-market knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Travel to suppliers and company plants is required approximately 20% of the time.

Manage end-to-end commercial contract lifecycles, including drafting, review coordination, negotiation support, execution, renewals, amendments, and archiving. Maintain contract repositories, corporate governance records, legal data, and compliance calendars. Administer CLM, matter management, and e-signature platforms; track contracting KPIs; support workflow automation and process improvements; and escalate legal, compliance, and commercial risks. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, outside counsel, registered agents, suppliers, customers, and other business partners.

Leads corporate tax compliance and planning, financial reporting under US GAAP and IFRS, consolidations, audits, general ledger operations, close processes, and internal controls. Manages accounting personnel, mentors staff, coordinates with plants and external auditors, and supports budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, process improvements, and strategic finance initiatives. The role requires strong accounting, tax, reporting, research, communication, and leadership capabilities.

Perform SOX compliance testing across financial and operational processes, maintain audit-ready workpapers and control documentation, coordinate walkthroughs and evidence collection, remediate control deficiencies, and support process improvements. Build partnerships with plant and corporate stakeholders, review testing quality, maintain policies and procedures, and communicate risks and recommendations. The role requires up to 30% travel to plant and corporate locations.
