Plans and reconciles cocoa inventory across warehouses and plants, maintains blend plans, validates SAP and logistics data, coordinates supplier and product approvals, manages 3PL and warehouse performance, validates invoices, and reports costs, risks, and inventory exceptions. The role partners with Planning, Operations, Quality, R&D, Finance, Procurement, suppliers, carriers, and plants to improve supply reliability, data integrity, and inventory controls.

Supervise transportation and logistics operations, including carrier management, procurement, delivery performance, customer escalations, freight payments, claims, and transportation data. Lead logistics personnel, analyze KPIs, improve routing and network efficiency, maintain SOPs and SAP master data, and support RFPs, cost reduction initiatives, and strategic supply chain projects.

Provides bilingual English-Japanese translation and executive administrative support for the CEO, COO, and Global & General Affairs team. Manages calendars, travel, meetings, correspondence, reports, expenses, invoices, and confidential matters. Coordinates communications with leaders, customers, vendors, and stakeholders, while backing up the Office Manager. This is a full-time, on-site Chicago role with up to 25% travel.
