The Director, Platform & Integration Lead at Blockstream will define and oversee the architecture and integration of client platforms across banking and enterprise systems, ensuring scalable and interoperable solutions aligned with enterprise integration standards.

Lead industry solution and architecture strategy for banking and financial-services clients: build and mentor teams, translate market needs into secure, compliant enterprise architectures, guide executive client engagements, and influence product and go-to-market strategy. Provide architectural authority across front-end, back-end, cloud, DevOps, security, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on Swiss/European financial regulations and blockchain integration.

Lead regional enterprise and partner strategy to drive Blockstream product adoption with sell-side capital markets. Identify and recruit partners, manage complex negotiations, align cross-functional GTM activities, support revenue attainment, mentor BDR/BDMs, and represent Blockstream at industry events while communicating market insights to product and engineering.

Client-facing Business Analyst who gathers and documents requirements, maps business processes, creates functional specifications and user stories, supports UAT, and liaises between banking clients and technical teams for blockchain and fintech solutions.

Design and deliver secure, scalable blockchain and digital-asset platforms for banking and institutional clients. Define architecture, APIs, data flows, deployment models, security protocols, and integrations. Ensure cryptographic and regulatory compliance, collaborate with delivery and engineering teams, produce technical documentation, identify risks, and mentor junior architects.

Own and grow enterprise and institutional client relationships, drive service sales and adoption, coordinate cross-functional delivery, manage escalations, and ensure client satisfaction and account expansion for Blockstream's services.

Identify and qualify leads within financial institutions, conduct outreach, schedule meetings, manage follow-up and CRM records, collaborate on sales strategies, and report outcomes to management.

Develop and maintain full-stack applications and APIs on Bitcoin infrastructure. Implement web front ends (React/Vue), backend services in Python and Rust, manage SQL/NoSQL databases, build CI/CD, and write unit, functional, and integration tests.

Lead Blockstream's European business development: rebuild regional coverage, hire and mentor BDRs, secure enterprise partnerships with banks and asset managers, drive GTM strategy for Europe, negotiate MOUs/LOIs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and represent Blockstream at major industry events.

Drive enterprise revenue by building pipelines, closing deals, expanding Blockstream brand, and collaborating across teams. Represent Layer-2 products, attend events, and travel up to 50% to secure and grow enterprise accounts.

Build, automate, and operate secure blockchain and digital-asset infrastructure for enterprise clients. Design CI/CD pipelines, deploy infrastructure-as-code, manage Docker/Kubernetes environments across cloud and on-prem, implement security and observability, support production deployments and incident response, and collaborate with architects and delivery teams to meet regulated financial services requirements.

Manage end-to-end coordination and delivery of enterprise client projects. Support PMs with administration, maintain trackers and documentation, prepare status reports, schedule meetings, track risks/issues, assist onboarding, support budget/resource tracking, ensure governance compliance, and improve PMO processes and tooling.

Build and optimize Blockstream Jade firmware, implement secure signing protocols (Taproot, atomic swaps), design air-gapped camera signing and cryptographic primitives, work with peripherals and low-level protocols, and contribute to the open-source codebase.

Own senior client relationships for enterprise institutional accounts in Switzerland; drive account growth, service adoption, and satisfaction; coordinate cross-functional teams for scoping, delivery, and commercial negotiations; lead governance, escalations, and client feedback to inform product and solutions.

Serve as primary commercial and relationship owner for enterprise clients in fintech and digital assets. Drive account growth, service adoption, and client satisfaction by coordinating cross-functional teams, shaping engagements, supporting deal shaping, and managing executive governance and escalations.

Own and evolve Blockstream's enterprise documentation: design structure and templates, implement docs-as-code pipelines, write API references and integration guides, audit and optimize content, create visual learning materials, and define safe AI tooling practices while mentoring engineers.

Lead and grow a QA team to define test strategies, build automated frameworks for blockchain applications and APIs, integrate testing into CI/CD, manage defects, and ensure performance and security testing best practices.

Lead month-end close and consolidated financial reporting; prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements and reconciliations; manage tax, statutory, and regulatory accounting requests; coordinate PCAOB audits including Bitcoin custody and blockchain reconciliations; implement and monitor internal controls and SOX compliance; support U.S. GAAP adoption, CECL, M&A, and debt/equity transactions.

Serve as the first paralegal and legal operations hire to manage corporate governance, maintain records and cap tables, support transactions and board processes, build legal operations and intake processes, run document and contract management, implement legal technology and metrics, and improve cross-functional workflows.

Lead product design across Bitcoin-focused products: identify user needs, create journeys and prototypes, run research and testing, collaborate with PMs and engineers, and evolve the design system to deliver intuitive, implementable experiences.
