Support enterprise financial institution sales by leading technical discovery, solution architecture, product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, RFP responses, and technical validation. Lead regional enterprise and partner strategy to drive Blockstream product adoption with sell-side capital markets. Identify and recruit partners, manage complex negotiations, align cross-functional GTM activities, support revenue attainment, mentor BDR/BDMs, and represent Blockstream at industry events while communicating market insights to product and engineering.

Drive enterprise revenue by building pipelines, closing deals, expanding Blockstream brand, and collaborating across teams. Represent Layer-2 products, attend events, and travel up to 50% to secure and grow enterprise accounts.

Client-facing Business Analyst who gathers and documents requirements, maps business processes, creates functional specifications and user stories, supports UAT, and liaises between banking clients and technical teams for blockchain and fintech solutions.

Design and deliver secure, scalable blockchain and digital-asset platforms for banking and institutional clients. Define architecture, APIs, data flows, deployment models, security protocols, and integrations. Manage end-to-end coordination and delivery of enterprise client projects. Support PMs with administration, maintain trackers and documentation, prepare status reports, schedule meetings, track risks/issues, assist onboarding, support budget/resource tracking, ensure governance compliance, and improve PMO processes and tooling.

Lead and grow a QA team to define test strategies, build automated frameworks for blockchain applications and APIs, integrate testing into CI/CD, manage defects, and ensure performance and security testing best practices.

Design, build, and maintain scalable end-to-end systems and APIs/SDKs for an enterprise custody platform. Work full-stack across databases, cloud deployments, CI/CD, and security; troubleshoot issues, integrate emerging technologies, and mentor junior engineers.

Coordinate and deliver enterprise client projects end-to-end: maintain PM tools and documentation, track actions/risks/issues, prepare reports, schedule stakeholder meetings, assist onboarding, support budget/resource tracking, and improve PMO processes and governance.

Lead full-cycle technical recruitment across EMEA, build proactive talent pipelines, partner with hiring leaders, own recruiting metrics, improve processes, and drive candidate experience and employer branding to scale Blockstream's teams.

Drive and optimize end-to-end delivery processes for financial services solutions. Write maintainable code, debug defects, execute unit tests, support integrations (APIs, databases), participate in code reviews, and collaborate with architects, DevOps, and QA while learning distributed systems, cryptography, and industry best practices.

Own technical implementation and deployment of blockchain and digital-asset solutions for enterprise clients: build, integrate, test, and deploy platform components, support DevOps and CI/CD, troubleshoot environments, and ensure production readiness and operational handover.
